I’m sorry I haven’t kept up with this! I’ve been so busy last week and I’m going to be super busy this week!

I did today’s plank (before getting out of bed actually) but I haven’t done today’s squats. Hopefully I’ll find some time to. If not, sneak off to the bathroom and do them there!!
I totally forgot to do the plank and squats yesterday so I did the plank this morning before I got out of bed and the squats after I went to the bathroom during my run.
Today’s I did after my run. Definitely feeling the burn closer to the end of the 50 squats. 150/1000 done.
Okay. I’m gonna go do that now.
Day 1: 40 second plank and 50 squats. DONE!
