Down to 18 minutes and 40 seconds (give or take a few seconds)
Felt great during my run, soo happy ! :)
So even though the way I’ve lost these past few pounds isn’t in a way I would necessarily encourage, I’m happy.
In the past 2 and a half weeks, I’ve lost 5 lbs :) (and yes, most of it probably is water weight and food just not being in my digestive system)
So it was finally warm enough outside to go for a run, so I did :)
Didn’t go far and had to walk ‘cause my cardio is in the dumps but now I have goals to work towards and my cardio should be back in no time !
You know those tight, fitted nike shorts that get reblogged all over tumblr. What are they officially called?
A little late, but here it is. My workout schedule for March :)
The plan is to have the calendar be completely empty by the end of the month (as I wipe out each workout as I do it).
