121.2 lbs !!!

So even though the way I’ve lost these past few pounds isn’t in a way I would necessarily encourage, I’m happy.

In the past 2 and a half weeks, I’ve lost 5 lbs :) (and yes, most of it probably is water weight and food just not being in my digestive system)

Even with missed days, it&#8217;s crazy to finally see the progress the 30 day squat challenge gave me
Too lazy to count my own squats (plus, I find if I count myself, I fatigue much faster b/c my mind&#8217;s so focused on counting&amp;the numbers).

So now I found an app that&#8217;ll count for me! Helps a ton, especially with the 30 squat challenge where you&#8217;re doing 100+ squats a day.
My new phone background&#160;! 
Hopefully this will help keep me motivated
New workout clothes&#160;! Finally got a pair of nike pro shorts :)
Back into running !

So it was finally warm enough outside to go for a run, so I did :)

Didn’t go far and had to walk ‘cause my cardio is in the dumps but now I have goals to work towards and my cardio should be back in no time !

Took a while to do it (especially&#8217; cause of the crunches) but I&#8217;m damn proud I did it all

Comparing this to last months, I definitely lost muscle tone. At least now I know what I need to do

A little late, but here it is. My workout schedule for March :)

The plan is to have the calendar be completely empty by the end of the month (as I wipe out each workout as I do it).
