Because what did I do? Drank 4 liters of water within like 6 hours of going. Felt nauseous all night and was throwing up water.
So moral of the story? Don’t drink TOO much water.
Down to 18 minutes and 40 seconds (give or take a few seconds)
Felt great during my run, soo happy ! :)
So even though the way I’ve lost these past few pounds isn’t in a way I would necessarily encourage, I’m happy.
In the past 2 and a half weeks, I’ve lost 5 lbs :) (and yes, most of it probably is water weight and food just not being in my digestive system)
So it was finally warm enough outside to go for a run, so I did :)
Didn’t go far and had to walk ‘cause my cardio is in the dumps but now I have goals to work towards and my cardio should be back in no time !
